Based on their over 5 years of experience in the lead acid battery industry, technicians at FULI have become highly capable of designing and manufacturing customer-oriented batteries. After numerous experiments, FULI engineers have invented proprietary grid alloy formula and lead plaster formula. Combined with the advanced plate curing and formation techniques, these formula ensure FULI batteries to have better performance than most of their peer products in the market.
Assembly Factory
FULI operates seven assembly lines at the moment,5 of which are for small capacity batteries (0.2AH~22AH) with a daily production throughput of 15000 pcs; Another two is for medium capacity batteries (24AH~200AH) with a daily production throughput of 3000 pcs. Fuli Owns around 20 sets computerized charge and discharge machines, automatic acid filling machine and advanced Four-functional testing machines. FULi is fully ready to double the assembly capacity upon the request of customers.
